• The hubs are completely machined from EN-8/EN-9 material forged, annealed and heat treated from 235-265 BHN
• The Casings are made out of EN-8/EN-9 forgings material up to 107 and Cast IS-1030 Gr 23/45, heat treated from 235-265 BHN above 107
• The teeth cutting are done maintaining D.O.P /SPAN for required sliding tolerances. All parts are completely inter-changeable

Technical and Design Specification Of The Helical Gears:

• Designed to transmit motion & power between either parallel or right angle shafts (90°, non-intersecting), which rotates in the opposite direction
• Dimensional accuracy

• helical gears are used in Industrial Gearsboxes, Automobiles, elevators, conveyors, compressors & blowers etc.
• Double Helical gears are placed in V shape as two mirrored helical gears joined together. The mirrored arrangement revokes net axial thrust as each half of gear thrusts in opposite direction.
• To operate in rotational directions, Double Helical gears are extended in two possible arrangements for oppositely oriented helical gears/gear faces, one stable and the other unstable.

Technical and Design Specification Of The Reduction Gearbox:

• The reduction gearbox includes two gears of same size teeth but different diameters.
• The number of teeth is kept proportional to the circumference of the gear; greater the diameter more the number of teeth.
• The gear with small diameter makes two revolutions for every one revolution of the gear with larger diameter.
• The amount of torque available on the larger shaft would be twice as much as that on the smaller one.
• Reduction gear box is a closed system in which the amount of input and output power remains constant.
• With the increased torques the speed decrease proportionally.

Technical and Design Specification Of The Speed Increaser:

• The bodies of the Speed Increaser Gear Boxes are accurately machined, totally enclosed, oil tight, having a sufficient lubrication system and dust proof.
• The bodies are made from M.S. steel plates to cover the risk of any breakage.
• The gears of Speed Increaser Gear Box are made of EN- Series Forged Steel for Gear Material as per customer’s Requirements.
• The gears are made with D.P. and module formula with single or double helical teeth.
• The Speed Increaser Gear Box is manufactured for as per Rolling Mill & Other Industry’s Requirement.
• Imported bearings are used and the oil seals are provided to protect the oil leakage.
• All Parts are checked during and after manufacturing. A trial is carried out to verify smooth operation.
